I'm used to eating light food, and occasionally eating spicy food is quite greedy. I don't eat spicy food for a long time, and I feel that there is no taste in my mouth. So, I love to eat shiitake mushrooms and thought of making a little shiitake spicy sauce.
The sauce I use is extra spicy soybean sauce. Those who can’t eat spicy can change to original soybean sauce or sweet noodle sauce.

Tips:
