Homemade Shrimp Dumplings

Chop cabbage leaves and green onions.

Chop the shrimp.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, starch, and mix well.

Add starch to the noodles and mix the noodles with 140 grams of boiling water. Pour boiling water while stirring them with chopsticks. Let them dry and make them smooth when they are warm.
