Homemade Sour Chicken Drumsticks

Cut the chicken legs into pieces and cut the bones in half

Cut kimchi into pieces, cut pepper into pieces, slice plums, and cut lemon into pieces

Add oil in a hot pan, add pepper and stir fragrantly, then simply stir fry the chicken drumsticks

Add the old wine and soy sauce and continue to stir fry, then add the plums and chili and stir for half a minute

Pour water in a pot to submerge the ingredients, add lemon and salt, cover the pot and cook for ten minutes on medium heat

Tips:
Use natural sour ingredients instead of sour vinegar, which tastes better
