Homemade Spicy Chicken

Prepare two chicken breasts. The chicken breasts are usually frozen when you buy them. Thaw them. Don't defrost too much, otherwise it will be difficult to cut and easy to loose.

Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, and dried chili.

Dice the chicken breasts and wash them twice.

Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, dried ginger powder, pepper powder, starch, and eggs in the washed diced chicken. Mix well.

Marinate the chicken for about 20 minutes.

Add oil to the pot, put more, and deep-fry the marinated chicken. About 5 minutes

Pour out the fried chicken oil, leaving a little oil in the pan. Put the pepper and dried chili first, and when it's about to fry, add the onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Pour in the chicken and stir fry together. It can be cooked in a minute or two.
