Spicy noodles belong to Sichuan cuisine, but I can't make authentic Sichuan spicy noodles. I love to eat, so I made it myself. Add the deep-fried peanuts, coriander and other ingredients. Although not as good as the authentic spicy noodles, it is still fragrant!

Homemade Spicy Noodles

1. Soak the vermicelli in advance. Soak in cold water will do.

2. Cut the tofu skin and kelp shreds.

3. Enoki mushrooms, beef rolls, fish balls, fried meatballs.

4. Coriander, green vegetables, fried peanuts, Haidilao hot pot ingredients

5. Boil water

6. Put the prepared ingredients in the pot, add Haidilao spicy hot pot ingredients, add as appropriate.

7. The hot pot ingredients are a bit light, add salt according to your taste.

8. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence according to taste. Then it is cooked and ready to be fished out.

9. Take it out and add the fried peanuts and coriander. Just fine

Tips:

This is just an opportunistic trick, using ready-made hot pot ingredients. The peanuts were fried in advance. There are also meatballs made by mother. Although it is not as good as the authentic spicy noodles, it is still delicious! What kind of dishes can be added to the dishes you like!
