Homemade Steamed Pork
1.
Peel the pork belly with fire.
2.
Prepare the ginger, garlic and onion, mince!
3.
Cut the pork belly into thin slices. Old Yang is right. You can freeze it and cut it more easily. If you don't freeze it, it's really troublesome, because it's easy to slip, it's not easy to cut, and it's easy to hurt your hands! After cutting the slices, marinate with 10G salt, 10G light soy sauce, and 5G pepper powder for 10 minutes.
4.
Cut the potatoes into small three-corner shapes, not too big, not easy to taste and not easy to be cooked. Soak in a small amount of salt and water for 3 minutes to dry the water.
5.
Take the steamed meat powder 100G and potatoes into the marinated meat, add 10G edible oil, chicken essence, and add bean drum, watercress and chili powder in an appropriate amount according to the taste, and stir evenly.
6.
Take a large bowl, place the pork belly with the skin down, arrange the potatoes in the bowl and put the potatoes on top. Put it in a steamer and cook for 30-40 minutes.
7.
After steaming, be careful to burn your hands. Take a plate slightly larger than the steamed meat bowl and place it upside down, gently turn it over, and uncover the bowl.
8.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion and finish.
Tips:
Put enough water in the steamer to prevent it from drying out. Be careful of hot hands when starting the steamer! Appropriate amount of sugar can be added according to taste.
