Homemade Tofu

Cut the tofu into triangular pieces.

Cut green and red peppers into small pieces.
3.
Pour oil in the pan, a little more, add a little salt, and then add tofu and fry.

Fry the tofu until golden on both sides and remove the oil to control it.

Put the green and red peppers in a frying pan for a while and remove them.

Pour oil in the pan, add the bean paste, stir-fry and add a little water.

Add the sliced meat, stir fry, and add minced garlic.

Pour in the sauce (soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and water) and stir fry.

Add the fried tofu and stir well.
10.
Add appropriate amount of water and cook the tofu until it tastes delicious.

Add green peppers and red peppers and stir fry.
12.
Finally, season with salt, and thicken the starch with water before serving.
13.
Serve the fried tofu on a plate.
