Homemade Tofu with Scallions

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry to make golden brown.

Change the knife to cut into small pieces, wash the shallots and peppers.

Cut the green onion into inch sections and shred the bell pepper.

Put oil in the pan, add star anise, chili, and ginger and stir fry.

Add the shallots and stir fry.
6.
Add tofu and stir fry.
7.
Add shredded colored pepper and stir fry.
8.
Add seasoning soy sauce, salt, sugar and stir fry.
9.
Just add MSG to taste before serving.

Put it on the plate and enjoy it.
