Homemade White Jelly

Put 500 grams of water in the pot and heat.

Pour 100 grams of starch into a small bowl.

Add 100 grams of water.

Soak the starch in clean water and stir it into a granular-free slurry after 2 minutes.

The water in the pot is heated to a boil.

After mixing the slurry in the bowl evenly, slowly pour it into the pot.

Stir while pouring in. Stir the white paste in the pan quickly until the white paste is bubbling and transparent. Turn off the heat.

Put this paste into a suitable container and let it stand to cool

About two hours, the jelly takes shape.

Pour out the jelly.

Scrape it into thin strips with a special scraper, or cut it into pieces or strips yourself.

Put the jelly in the container, put the balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, salt, sugar, and minced garlic into the container, mix well and serve.
Tips:
The ratio of pea starch to water is 6-7 times.
When cooking the starch paste, be sure to paste the bottom and stir quickly, otherwise it will be easy to paste the bottom.
