As the weather is getting hotter and hotter, jelly noodles and Liangpi have become popular delicacies for cooling off the heat. I used to see others using pea flour to make jelly and I was particularly envious. This year I bought pea flour online early this year.
In this way, I can also make my own jelly. The method of making is very simple. Tender and refreshing jelly, cool silky, smooth and tender, with your favorite seasoning, this summer is so refreshing and unique.
