Homemade Wonton

First boil some lard, chop the lean meat into minced meat, chop the chopped green onion, minced garlic, minced chili, and minced mustard.

Dip some minced meat with a chopstick, wrap it in the wonton wrapper, and pinch it at will.

Boil water in a pot, prepare the seasoning, add salt, lard, chili, mustard, seaweed, and boiled water in a bowl.

Put the wonton and the small greens into the pot and cook, the wonton skin is almost transparent and can be taken out.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and oil residue, add vinegar and pepper.
