Honey Abalone Vermicelli
1.
Clean the abalone with a toothbrush and brush the abalone clean.
2.
Pay attention to the surrounding area and brush gently-(preferably with a soft toothbrush)
3.
Brushed abalone
4.
Use a spoon to pry the abalone away
5.
Remove the internal organs, wash and set aside
6.
Abalone meat cutter
7.
Boil hot water in a pot, throw in the abalone meat and abalone shell when the water is boiling (not easy to cook for too long, just 1-2 minutes)
8.
Boil the water. When the water is boiling, use a slotted spoon to put the vermicelli in the pot and cook for a while (1~2 minutes)
9.
Wash the boiled vermicelli with cold water, drain and serve (lay a layer of about half of the vermicelli on the bottom of the plate) and put the rest into the abalone shell, each a little, not easy to have too many vermicelli. After putting the fans in the abalone shell, put the abalone meat on the fans. Sprinkle some minced garlic on top
10.
Heat oil in a wok, fry minced garlic and red pepper (stir fragrant), then pour half a bottle of abalone juice and stir fry for a while. Pick up the pot and scoop out the honey juice with a small spoon, and pour the honey juice one by one. The remaining honey sauce can be put into a bowl, (after the abalone is eaten, mix with the fans when you eat the vermicelli), sprinkle some chopped green onions, and finally serve it!
