Honey Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings, add shredded ginger, rice wine, and salt to marinate for 1 hour.

Heat oil, add chicken wings and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.

Leave the oil in the pan, add ginger slices and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the fried chicken wings and fry for half a minute.

Pour in the sauce made with rock sugar, light soy sauce, sweet sauce, huadiao wine, and water.

Bring to a medium heat.

When simmering until the juice is almost dry, add honey.

Flip the chicken wings so that each chicken wing is evenly covered with honey and collect the juice.
