Honey Chicken Wings

Soak the chicken wings for 20 minutes to remove blood, rinse and drain.

Score the chicken wings with 2-3 knives to make it easier to taste.

Add garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, salt, sweet red pepper powder, and white pepper to the bowl.

Pour in hot water and stir well.

Pour the mixed sauce into the chicken wings, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for one day.

The marinated chicken wings, use kitchen paper to absorb the water on the surface, and then they can be colored when they are fried. Turn on medium heat, pour a little cooking oil into a non-stick pan, add chicken wings when the oil is hot.

Fry the chicken wings on both sides until golden brown.

Add boiling water flush with the chicken wings and stir evenly.

Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.

Tips:
1. If the marinating time is not enough, marinate for at least 1 hour. It is recommended to refrigerate overnight for better taste.
2. If you cook a lot of chicken wings at a time, you can cook the chicken wings several times instead of cooking them all at once.
