Honey Pork Neck

The cleaned pork neck is put into flat red onion, barbecued pork sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salted.

Put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Take it out of the refrigerator one hour in advance and drain the water. I don’t have kitchen paper and can only put it on the steaming rack.
