Honey Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs

A small row of flying water for use (some salt in the water), the meat is more delicious; the shallots are knotted for use

Put a little oil in the pan, add the ribs, and fry until the surface is slightly crispy.

Add water to the ribs, add green onions, a lot of sugar (or cane sugar), vinegar, star anise, soy sauce, salt to taste until you like

When the water is about to boil, add sesame seeds and prepared cornstarch in turn (a little vinegar should be added to the cornstarch, the taste will be more sweet and sour), and the ribs can be served after the sauce thickens.
Tips:
1. Choosing ribs with relatively lean meat will taste better. I came up temporarily and used braised ribs to make use of it :)
2. Add salt and soy sauce to the sweet and sour pork ribs to make the meat more mellow and flavorful
3. Ribs need to be watered
