Horseshoe Meatloaf

Prepare the necessary ingredients: 500 grams of pork, 6 horseshoes, 100 grams of shallots

Add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 2 grams of salt, 5 grams of black pepper and half a teaspoon of white sugar to minced meat, chopped horseshoes, and chopped green onions, mix well

Stir vigorously in one direction until the minced meat has a sticky feel

The minced meat is carved into a heart shape with a heart-shaped mold (you can press it directly without a mold)

Carve the meatloaf (don't carve too thick, so as not to fry)
