Hot and Sour Diced Radish

Prepare a peeled white radish, chili sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic and green pepper.

Cut the white radish into small cubes.

Add two spoons of chili sauce (sweet and spicy).

2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar.

2 tablespoons of rice vinegar.

Shred the green onions, ginger, garlic, and green pepper.

Mix with white radish and stir well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 2-3 hours.

The hot and sour diced radish is finished, sour and spicy, appetizing and greasy.
Tips:
