Hot and Sour Jelly

1 part pea flour, 6 parts water, the picture shows 1 part pea flour and 1 part water, because there are 5 parts of water I have already poured into the pot and boiled

Mix water and pea flour, stir well

The 5 parts of water previously put in the pot, boil
