Hot and Sour Kelp

Wash kelp and carrots and shred

Put water in a pot to boil, blanch kelp and carrots separately, drain and remove

Prepare an empty bowl, add vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, garlic mash, chicken essence, sugar, beef chili sauce and mix well into a condiment

Put the kelp shreds and carrot shreds in, mix well
Tips:
1. I like to eat crisper, blanching time is shorter; softer, you can cook for a while
2. If you use salted kelp, you need to soak it in advance;
3. The light soy sauce and beef sauce already have enough salt, so it is generally not necessary to add additional salt.
