Hot and Sour Kelp Shreds

One piece of fresh kelp, soak and wash;

Roll the kelp into a roll, cut into filaments, simmer, and remove in cold water.

Heat the pan with oil, and fry the dried sea pepper strips over a low fire to scorch.
4.
Place green onions and garlic on the kelp noodles, and drizzle the hot chili oil on top;
5.
Add vinegar, cold soy sauce, pepper oil, sesame oil, MSG and mix well.
