Hot and Sour Lotus Root

Prepare ingredients: lotus root, sour cowpea, pickled pepper, celery;

Dice sour cowpea, pickled pepper, and celery; mince ginger, onion and garlic; cut dried chili into circles; prepare pepper;

Dice the lotus root, soak it in water for a while, add white vinegar to the water to prevent the lotus root from discoloring; remove the lotus root and drain the water after soaking;

Mix appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar, tempeh spicy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and pepper, and mix well;

Add dried chili, ginger, shallot and garlic; close the lid and set the time to 1 minute;

Add sour cowpea, pickled peppers, close the lid, set the time to 2 minutes;

Put the juice prepared in the fourth step; close the lid and set the time to 1 minute;

Put in the celery section, close the lid, set the time to 2 minutes;

Put in an appropriate amount of salt, close the lid, and set the time to 1 minute;
