Hot and Sour Lotus Root Box

Add a little salt, pepper powder, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil, minced ginger, green onion, starch to the minced meat. Stir in one direction and set aside. Don't put too much salt, it's about the same if it has a fragrance.

Batter needs: appropriate amount of flour, a little starch, a little salt, pepper powder, pepper. After mixing, add water and mix thoroughly.
