Hot and Sour Mung Bean Sprouts

Prepare the ingredients. Slice the chili and green onion, wash the mung bean sprouts and soak in water for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the pepper and green onion slices.
3.
Add mung bean sprouts and stir fry.
4.
Add chili and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add salt and white vinegar to taste and serve.
