Hot and Sour Noodles

Soak the sweet potato vermicelli in advance to soften.

Prepare cooked peanuts, capers, and chopped green onions.

Make a bowl of juice: add salt, minced garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper powder, cumin powder, chili oil, and stock (I used ribs soup).
4.
Cook water in a pot and cook the sweet potato vermicelli.
5.
Put the vermicelli in a bowl, pour in chopped green onion, capers, and peanuts before cooking.
