Hot and Sour Pickled Radish

Peel the radishes and cut them into comb shapes.

Let the cut radishes air dry for a day, and dry the water in the radishes.

Or hang the radishes on a drying rack and dry them in the shade in a ventilated place for two days.

Dry until the radish is soft and wrinkled, take it off and change it into strips. Put the salt, chili powder, sugar and vinegar together in the radish bowl and stir evenly.

Marinate and serve overnight. Sweet and sour, with a bit of spicy flavor, the breakfast is accompanied by a bowl of hot porridge and it's appetizing.
