Hot and sour pork head meat is also our home’s meal. To be honest, I don't like to eat pork head meat, my son and husband love it. I bought this pork head in the countryside, so it's a Tujia pig.

Hot and Sour Pork Head Meat

1. Pig head

2. Clean it up, put it in boiling water to remove the floating powder and then wash it

3. Put it in a saucepan and add water, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, and chili to simmer.

4. Stewed pork head

5. Boneless

6. Prepare chili and green garlic

7. Dice pork head, mince chili, shred ginger, and cut green garlic into sections

8. Burn the oil, add the diced red pepper and stir fry until fragrant, then add the pork head and stir well.

9. Stir-fry for a while, drizzle with soy sauce, add some salt to taste, stir well

10. Put in sour chili

11. Stir-fry until the sour taste melts into the pork head

12. Add garlic and ginger

13. Stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with MSG and thirteen incense

14. Serve

Tips:

Pork head meat is simmered first, boneless and then fried
