The weather in the north is getting colder and colder. Make a bowl of hot and sour wontons to warm up your family.

Hot and Sour Pork Wonton

1. Add appropriate amount of water to flour, and wake up for 30 minutes after mixing into dough

2. Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, 1 egg, light soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced ginger, and a little sesame oil to the minced pork.

3. Roll out the awake dough into large slices

4. Cut into diamond-shaped wonton wrappers.

5. Put the meat filling on one corner of the wonton wrapper and fold it inwards twice

Tips:

The wonton wrapper should be rolled out as thin as possible to have a good taste. You can also go to the supermarket to buy wonton wrappers.
