Hot and Sour Pork Wonton

Add appropriate amount of water to flour, and wake up for 30 minutes after mixing into dough

Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, 1 egg, light soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced ginger, and a little sesame oil to the minced pork.

Tips:
The wonton wrapper should be rolled out as thin as possible to have a good taste. You can also go to the supermarket to buy wonton wrappers.
