Hot and Sour Potato Chips

1. Ingredients

2. Wash the potatoes and cut into slices about 2mm thick

3. Boil a pot of water, blanch the potato slices until they are just cooked, remove and drain for later use

4. Use a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful and a half vinegar, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of sugar, appropriate amount of pepper powder, green onion, ginger, garlic powder and stir to make a sauce

5. Mince shallot and garlic, and cut dried chili into small pieces

6. Put a little sesame oil in the pot, heat it up, add garlic and dried chili until fragrant

7. Pour in the tuned sauce

8. Heat up and add potato chips

9. Turn on high heat and stir-fry while collecting the juice. When the juice is thick enough to be dried, sprinkle with chopped green onion to turn off the heat and get out of the pot.

Tips:

Don’t cook potato chips for too long, otherwise they will become mashed potatoes

If you like a heavier taste, you can put some chili oil, chili powder, etc.
