Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Potato grating.

Dried chili. When frozen, it breaks up.

Rub the tender ginger. Two slapped garlic. Shred the onion (forgot to shoot)

Used non-stick pan. Less oil is my eating habit. Heat the peanut oil.

Stir-fry for a while, add chili. Stir out the flavored ingredients, light soy sauce, curry, MSG, and vinegar.

Complete the above steps and fry until cooked. Next, add shredded ginger, shredded onion, and garlic.

Stir fry a few times. Out of the pot.

Tips:
The dried chili used is not spicy.
