Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Prepare a large potato

Peel the potatoes and shred them. If the knife is good, you can shred them yourself. After the cut potato shreds are washed several times, the starch is washed off, and then soaked in water for a while.

Cut the green chili into shreds, and cut the morning chili into small sections.

Potatoes are controlled dry and ready for use

Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add a few more Chaotian peppers. Other seasonings can be increased or decreased according to the taste of each person.
