Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Cut potato shreds and soak in water.
2.
Cut the chili, green onion and garlic into sections.
3.
Stir-fry in a pan with cold oil, sauté the onions and garlic, add the potato shreds and stir fry, then add the chili.
4.
Add salt, add vinegar and stir-fry evenly, then it can be out of the pan.
