Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Wash the ingredients, cut the potato shreds into shreds, rinse with cold water for 3 to 4 changes, wash off the potato juice, and soak in cold water.

Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic, and shred the chili.

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the scallion, ginger, garlic and scent.

Pour in green and red peppers, then pour in potato shreds and stir fry.

Stir fry until raw, then sprinkle with thirteen incense and salt.

Pour in white vinegar, sprinkle with chicken essence, and it's ok.
Tips:
1: After the potato shreds are cleaned, continue to soak in water to prevent blackening.
2: Don't sprinkle salt and pour white vinegar too early to prevent the peppers from discoloring.
