It’s still healthier than eating outside by simply cooking for yourself when you’re away.

Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

1. Peel and wash potatoes

2. Shred potatoes

3. Wash the cut potato shreds with water

4. Finely chop green onion, garlic and chili

5. Heat the oil

6. Add shallots, garlic and chili until fragrant

7. Stir-fried potato shreds

8. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce

9. Add the right amount of salt

10. Add right amount of chicken essence

11. Add appropriate amount of vinegar

12. Stir fry for about ten minutes

Tips:

The potato shreds should be thin and must be washed with water, otherwise it will stick to the pan
