Hot and Sour Potato Shreds

Peel, wash and shred potatoes.

Break the dried chili into 3 cloves, thin garlic skin.

Pour oil in a pot, add garlic and dried chili and saute.

Add potato shreds and stir fry.
5.
Pour in a small amount of water and an appropriate amount of vinegar, and simmer for a few minutes.

After the water is almost dried, the potatoes will be cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and a small amount of sugar, chicken essence, and pepper to stir fry well.
7.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
