Hot and Sour Skin Jelly

Frozen a piece of fresh pork skin, cut into 4mm slices

Fry the peanuts and crush them with a knife, and cut the shallots into sections.

The frozen skin slices are neatly stacked on the plate, and the shallots and ground peanuts are evenly sprinkled on top.

Find a small bowl, add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, cooked sesame seeds, and minced garlic and mix well.
