Hot and Sour Soup

Stir the scallions with a little oil

Wash and cut into inches, and stir-fry the long enoki mushrooms

Pour in the right amount of water and add the frozen tofu cut into small cubes

Bring to a boil, add salt and light soy sauce to taste, thicken the starch with water

Pour the egg liquid in a circular motion while it is boiling to form egg flowers
