Hot Pot Meatballs
1.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and steam them in a food supplement machine.
2.
Use a knife to cut the washed vegetables into small sections, and the carrots into small dices, and put them in a bowl for later use.
3.
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and put them in a bowl for later use.
4.
Take an egg, separate the egg white from the egg white, keep the egg white in the bowl where the chicken breasts are placed, and stir well.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of table salt and 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce in a bowl, then stir well and set aside.
6.
Take the steamed potatoes out of the food supplement machine, pour them into a bowl, and mash them into puree.
7.
Take one-third of the chicken breast and pour it into the food supplement machine, then add an appropriate amount of green vegetables and start stirring.
8.
After stirring for 5-10 seconds, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and mashed potatoes, and continue to stir evenly.
9.
Finally, pour the stirred green vegetables into a bowl and set aside.
PS: When mixing chicken mash with a food supplement machine, the mashed potatoes will not be too much, just 1-2 spoons. Too much will make the finished balls softer and easier to disperse.
10.
Use the same method to process the original chicken mash and the green vegetable chicken mash.
11.
Start a pot to boil water and turn to a low heat when the water is boiled.
12.
Put on disposable gloves (you can also drop them if you don’t wear them), put an appropriate amount of meat puree in your hand, and then tighten your fingers. The meat puree will be squeezed out from the gap between your index finger and thumb. The balls will come out.
13.
Put the meatballs in the pot and repeat the above steps until the puree is used up.
PS: Many mothers say that they don’t know how to rub meatballs. You can also use a piping bag. Put the chicken paste into the piping bag. Cut a finger-sized opening at the bottom of the piping bag and squeeze it into a spoon before putting Pour the water into the boiling water. Although there is no hand-rubbing circle, it is easy to learn and zero difficulty.
14.
Squeeze in the green vegetable puree, carrot puree and plain meat puree in turn, turn on high heat and cook until it floats, then turn off the heat.
Dripping the cooked meatballs into cold boiling water will help shape them.
Tips:
Okay, our "three-color chicken balls" is ready, here I would like to tell my sisters some tips:
1. After a short period of cold boiling water, put it in a fresh-keeping box and seal it. It can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 days, and it can be stored for about 7 days in the refrigerator.
2. When we eat hot pot, we can put the meatballs in the pot directly. We can also put a few balls in the noodles, soup and porridge for the baby, and it can also exercise the baby's chewing ability. But remember not to cook for too long~
3. If you don't have a food supplement machine, you can also use a knife to chop, just try to chop as finely as possible!
