Houttuynia Cordata

After removing the fibrous roots of Houttuynia cordata, wash and chop off, rinse and drain the water for later use

Put the houttuynia cordata into a bowl, add garlic white and red pepper

Add salt

Add oil chili
5.
Stir and add garlic slices
6.
Then add the garlic leaves

Drenched in light soy sauce
8.
Add sesame oil
9.
Just mix well
Tips:
1. It is recommended to pinch off Houttuynia cordata by hand, it will taste better if it does not stick to the iron smell.
2. The oily chili is my homemade, you can replace it with chopped chili
