Houttuynia Cordata

Prepare ingredients: pinch houttuynia cordata into sections, wash and chop ginger and garlic, and prepare royal shacha sauce.

Wash the houttuynia cordata with an appropriate amount of light salt water or rice-washing water and remove it; the food washed with light salt water or rice-washing water will be particularly clean;

The washed houttuynia cordata, add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for a while; the excess water should be filtered out for the houttuynia cordata;
4.
Heat up the wok, pour in a proper amount of vegetable oil;
5.
Add the shacha sauce and sauté until fragrant;
6.
Add the minced ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant, turn off the heat;
7.
After the houttuynia cordata has been marinated and tasted, add an appropriate amount of granulated sugar, cooked chili oil, and pepper oil;
8.
Then add the sauteed shacha sauce;
9.
Mix well and serve.
Tips:
1. Food cleaned with light salt water or rice-washing water will be particularly clean;
2. The seasoning is adjusted according to personal taste;
