Houttuynia Cordata

Shallots, chopped green onions, millet pepper, shredded and set aside

Houttuynia cordata removes the roots on the surface and squeezes it into small pieces about an inch with your fingernails (you can't pick out the old part if you cut it with a knife), leaving only the tender part

Put all the seasonings in and mix well
Tips:
1. If you like to eat coriander, you can put some in it and let it be cold.
2. There is no need to add salt, the salt content of light soy sauce and rice vinegar is enough
