Houttuynia Cordata
1.
The houttuynia cordata grown by ourselves is absolutely free of fertilizers and pesticides. Now they are all sprouts, so I only eat leaves this time, instead of digging the roots.
2.
Pick the sprouts and wash them.
3.
Add salt and knead slightly and marinate for 10 minutes. This process is burst marinating, which can remove the bitterness and astringency.
4.
There will be some juice after marinating, so don’t pour out the juice.
5.
Pour the edible oil into the pot and stir-fry the peppercorns on a low heat to create a fragrance.
6.
Chop the dried chili and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Chop the head of the green garlic sprouts and put them on the houttuynia cordata. You can use garlic. I use garlic sprouts.
8.
Pour the fried oil and ingredients on the garlic while it is hot
9.
Cover with a bowl and simmer for about 10 minutes, so that the flavor of the oil can be fully immersed in the dishes.
10.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil into a bowl
11.
After simmering, drizzle with a bowl of juice and mix evenly before serving
Tips:
Be sure to pour out the juice after marinating, otherwise it will be salty
