Houttuynia Cordata

Prepare ingredients: pinch houttuynia cordata into sections, wash and chop ginger and garlic, prepare royal shacha sauce;

Wash the houttuynia cordata with an appropriate amount of light salt water or rice-washing water and remove it; the food washed with light salt water or rice-washing water will be particularly clean;

After the houttuynia cordata has been marinated and tasted, add an appropriate amount of granulated sugar, cooked chili oil, and pepper oil;

Then add the sauteed shacha sauce;

Mix well and serve.
