The houttuynia cordata grown by ourselves is absolutely free of fertilizers and pesticides.

Pick the sprouts and wash them.

Add salt and knead it for 10 minutes and then marinate for 10 minutes. This process is burst marinating, which can remove the bitterness.

There will be some juice after marinating, so don't pour out the juice.
