Houttuynia Meatball Soup
1.
The pork is chopped into puree, and only the tip of Houttuynia cordata is selected and washed and set aside.
2.
Cut a little green onion and ginger, put a few peppers, half a spoon of salt, and mash it into puree with a rolling pin.
3.
Add starch and a little water and mix well, then add egg white and meat puree and mix well in a clockwise direction. The remaining egg yolk can be cooked in a soup pot and eat together!
4.
Add scallions to the water (there is no scallion in the house, but the scallions are fine). Bring the sliced ginger to a boil.
5.
Turn the mashed meat into meatballs and gently lower it into the pot. When the meatballs are all surfaced, add the houttuynia cordata and turn off the heat.
6.
Add chopped green onion, a little salt, and cook.
