Huaxiang Mantou

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add water and stir to form a floc.

And into a smooth dough.

Ferment to double the size (boil the water, turn off the heat, and place it on the steamer for half an hour).

Divide the fermented dough into small pieces.

Knead small pieces of dough into various shapes and garnish with corn flakes, red beans, and black sesame seeds.

Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.
