Wash tofu, lean meat, chili and other ingredients and set aside.

The tofu is soaked in light salt water and then cut into large pieces.

Tips:
When the tofu is fried in a frying pan, don't stir it first, otherwise it will rot easily. When the tofu is slightly hard on the outside, use chopsticks to poke them away.
