LG has to eat spicy spicy pot every time, but it really takes time to cook or deep-fry. Baidu learned that the skewers and maocai, which are as famous as the spicy pot, have to be worn with bamboo sticks. Instant Boiled Spicy Hot Pot

1. All ingredients are ready: defrost the meatballs, cut the sausage into sections, wash the enoki mushrooms after removing the old roots, wash and break the lettuce, and shred the tofu skin

2. Put two spoons of homemade chili oil in the pot

3. Then add salt, sugar, light soy sauce and mix thoroughly

4. Add 3 bowls of water and bring to a boil. Use the stock if you have stock

6. Add enoki mushrooms and cook for more than 1 minute

7. Add the tofu skin and stir well, then add lettuce and boil for ten seconds, then turn off the heat

Tips:

It is said that the boiled dish is drunk, so I use homemade chili oil instead of ready-made hot pot base, although no one will drink soup
