Instant Boiled Spicy Hot Pot

All ingredients are ready: defrost the meatballs, cut the sausage into sections, wash the enoki mushrooms after removing the old roots, wash and break the lettuce, and shred the tofu skin

Put two spoons of homemade chili oil in the pot

Then add salt, sugar, light soy sauce and mix thoroughly

Add 3 bowls of water and bring to a boil. Use the stock if you have stock

Tips:
It is said that the boiled dish is drunk, so I use homemade chili oil instead of ready-made hot pot base, although no one will drink soup
