Kimchi, also known as sauerkraut, is one of the Korean cuisines. It was called kosam in ancient times and refers to vegetables that have been fermented for long-term storage. Generally speaking, as long as it is fiber-rich vegetables and fruits, they can be made into kimchi. Kimchi is rich in vitamins, calcium, phosphorus and other inorganic substances, which can not only provide sufficient nutrition for the human body, but also prevent diseases such as arteriosclerosis. Put it in instant noodles, sour and very appetizing.

Instant Noodles with Kimchi

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Put water in the pot to boil, add salt, put the instant noodle seasoning into a boil

3. Put the instant noodles and continue to boil

4. Beat in the eggs, add the kimchi

5. Continue to cook for about 4-5 minutes, simmer for 1 minute

Tips:

I like to add a little more water when cooking noodles, so I add a little salt. If there is less water, I don’t need to add salt.
