It's Fried Rice Cake Again

A bag of sliced rice cakes, 400g

Cut tomatoes and onions, and slice potatoes.

Slice the sausage and cut the green pepper into sections.

The rice cakes I bought are glued together and broken into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add sausage and stir fry, then add onion and potatoes.

Pour the rice cake slices, tomatoes, and stir fry.

Add salt, add appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while.

Finally, add green peppers and top with light soy sauce.
