1.
Prepare the raw materials.
2.
Sprinkle the chicken breast with salt, white pepper, chili powder and a tablespoon of olive oil, and mix well.
3.
Marinate for 10 minutes.
4.
Add butter to the pan to melt.
5.
Add the marinated chicken and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
6.
Hold it out for use.
7.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chili powder on the chicken and place it on the baking tray.
8.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, put it in a baking tray, and place it in the middle layer at 175 degrees for 15 minutes, and turn it over halfway.
9.
After the chicken is cooked, take it out, cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
10.
Mix Italian salad dressing with olive oil to make a sauce.
11.
Arrange the washed and shredded round lettuce and sliced cherry tomatoes on the plate.
12.
Just drizzle with the sauce.
Tips:
When making the sauce, be sure to add olive oil bit by bit and stir until the oil is completely blended into the sauce and then add the next oil, which can effectively prevent the separation of oil and vinegar.
